# Eureka Studios joins NVIDIA Inception as Danfo Run passes 219,000 players

[Eureka Studios](https://www.bijetic.com/eureka-studios/) has joined NVIDIA’s free Inception program for startups as it builds a phone-based open world set in Lagos.

The studio behind browser game [Danfo Run](https://www.bijetic.com/lagos-run/) said membership gives it access to NVIDIA's developer tools, training and network, preferred pricing on hardware and software, and a route into the venture capital community.

Danfo Run launched on September 27th 2026, and drew more than 219,000 players in its first month. The free game puts players behind the wheel of a Lagos danfo minibus. Bijetic reported earlier that it passed 140,000 players across 145 countries in its first week.

**Building Danfo for everyday phones**

The studio's next project, Danfo, is an open world for phones with a living city, a driver's economy, other players on the same streets and passengers who talk back. Eureka said Inception should help its engineers with dense-city performance on common phones, and with characters that speak Nigerian English and Pidgin without lag.

“Danfo Run started as a way to bring home to myself. Now it’s a studio with big ambitions, and joining NVIDIA Inception is a sign we’re on the right road," Adeniran said.

Founded in 2026, the studio is led by CEO Opeyemi Adeniran, CTO Michael Sanni and COO Ayoola Oni. A different upcoming project codenamed Project Lantern is listed but has not been announced.
