Virtual Verse Studio launches zombie defense game Dead Mile

Virtual Verse Studio has launched Dead Mile, a zombie defense game for mobile where you must protect your house from waves of undead enemies along a single road.

You build a squad of six survivors and spend Courage to send them into battle. Each unit moves and attacks on its own, leaving you to decide which survivors to deploy and when to send them out.

Dead Mile features an endless survival mode where enemies grow stronger and bosses appear as you try to survive as many waves as possible. You can collect and upgrade survivors, including brawlers, shooters and corpsmen, each suited to different threats.

Hold the line against the dead

The game also features several enemy types, from fast-moving sprinters to armoured bulwarks and creatures that split when killed. You can set up wire, sandbags and traps before each wave to protect your position.

The campaign takes place across locations where damage to your house carries over between waves. You can upgrade the house to increase its health, Courage generation and the maximum level of your squad.

The game is part of Virtual Verse Studio's mobile portfolio, which also includes Step It, Zombie Mango and Excuse Me! Crowd Escape.
